Through, my contacts on behalf of Bloodbikes Manchester control couldn't have asked for better communication and cooperation really 5 stars

Whilst the collection occurs without issue, I'm sick to death of dealing with the accounts of their commercial waste department.Been with them for 2 years and it took them 17 months to setup the direct debit despite sending them the mandate on numerous occasions with many emails in-between which they never reply to.They also tried to put a non direct debit charge" on my account despite the setting up of the direct debit being out of my control.They then setup an arrears schedule to clear the "debt" that had acquired - which was £350! but can't even get the sums correct and now being over charged.It's pointless emailing them as they don't reply although they read the emails and when I call I just get fobbed off. Its one excuse and apology after another with them."

This company were meant to undertake work, on behalf on Stockport council, on our dangerous footpaths in front of our homes.... They never arrived.No Letter, no call, nothing.You can't call them, even though they have a phone number listed online, it just disconnects.Contacted council, who said they'd contact them, 2 weeks later still nothing.I waited over 2 months after reporting the pathways to SBC and it seems I was wasting my time.A Zero out of 5 from us!

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to the team and Paul at Totally Essential. They maintain the graveyard where my grandmother is buried and it brings me great joy to see how well maintained and clean the area is. It is a very peaceful place to be so thank you for doing such a great job.
