Such a lovely experience. Had drinks when we came in, coats taken off us, massage chair and a head massage while getting washed. Loads of lovely product put in my hair and also I went for a drastic change and was so nervous but Oxanna gave me loads of great advice for styling and it came out EXACTLY how I wanted it. Never been before and 1 million percent will be going back.

Simply, I've had one of the best haircuts of my life! I came in just for a trim as I find it hard to think of a hairstyle that would suit me, but Oksana saw what I needed straight away, she suggested a bob. Now, I've had short haircuts before but nothing like this one! I've very fine hair so it's hard to get it right, but this haircut is just marvelous whichever way I wear it! There is plenty of volume and it's very defined. Oksana has truly worked magic on my hair! I will only come to this salon for haircuts after this experience! Thank you!

New customer and I was very well looked after. Both Rona who did my colour and Ellie who did my cut have done an amazing job and I’m in love with my new look. I have so much more confidence now! It’s nice to know that your hairdresser has a wealth of knowledge which both of these did and can make their own recommendations for what would suit me. They both gave me tips on how to style my hair after and maintain the colour.

Joel was an absolute joy. He listened and gave some great advice regarding my hair.The cut is perfect and I loved all the products he used on my hair… so much I bought them all!

I had a keratin treatment on 21st August, after a week i washed my hair with plain water and my hair texture gone back to normal. I called the saloon, they told that they will call back after reporting to senior. I waited a week for their call and i rang them again. They given an appointment on 16th September, where they told me that it was just keratin softening not straightening ( looks like a miss communication, even though i explained during my treatment my previous experience of keratin straightening and how it lasted and they reassured it will be the same). They told that they will contact their manager and will give me call within week to see any solution ( i explained my previous experience of waiting call from them, she reassured me it wont happen again )I AM WAITING FOR THE CALL SINCE THEN.......

I had a balayage, and I think this is the best hair salon experience I’ve ever had. Friendly staff, service and coffee! Good hair products. Kudos to Cam, my hairdresser and the team. Definitely, I’ll come back.

Excellent haircut by Lyndsey the York manager. She clearly explained the cutting process and framing, asked first if I was ok with product in my hair. An absolute delight to have as the stylist and will be my future stylist. Listened to my request. I immediately booked my next appointment with Lyndsey - an absolute professional with brilliant communication skills. Love the cut and enjoyed my time. The person who washed my hair was also brilliant, she gave a wonderful head massage.
