Disgusting customer service. Firstly Phil gave us a booking time and we travelled from Oxford only to be told by that the property has been let and no one has informed me. Phil needs to learn some manners and learn how to communicate with his customers because it’s gross and also the other colleague that was rude on the phone asking why I came down from another city for a viewing, fix up mate. No one should rent from an unprofessional and unorganised agency like this will definitely get mugged off.

My partner and I have recently moved out of a flat managed by the Home Agency and only have good things to say. We found Phil and the team very professional and responsive and when we needed a minor problem sorted we always got someone that day and the problem was swiftly dealt with.We cleaned the flat before we left and received our full deposit back a few days after moving out- which was a nice surprise because we have been ripped off by other agencies before!All in all a very positive experience and I would definitely rent with the Home Agency again.

I have dealt with The Home Agency for years because the lettings manager, Phil, is excellent. I like the fact that unlike other lettings agents, Phil works quickly and efficiently to let my properties as well as providing all paperwork in a timely manner. His communication skills with both my potential tenants and myself (The landlord) are excellent. I would highly recommend.

We just moved into a flat and at every step of the way the home agency have been brilliant. The front of desk staff were very professional and lovely whenever I had a question during the moving process. Phil, who did our original viewing, even arranged for us to have a second viewing after the original tenant moved out but before our move in date so we could take measurements for furniture.

The Home Agency Team helped us secure our recent move during a period of protracted transition. Overall the whole team was brilliant. The viewing request was dealt with efficiently, and the paperwork was sorted with a high level of profession. Throughout the process Phillip and Jo have been flexible and very accommodating to extenuating circumstances. Jo kept us updated regularly and went above and beyond to communicate between tenants and the landlord to deal with any issues and problems quickly. We couldn't appreciate more and would not hesitate to recommend them.

We rented with the Home Agency for just over 18 months. They were easy to communicate with and reasonable when sorting out minor issues. I made a mistake and overpaid them and they promised to refund me without charge. Definitely one of the better rental estate agents we have used.

I have just moved out from the property that I rented via The Home Agency for almost 7 years.I couldn’t say a bad word about those guys.They were always very respectful of my space. They never bothered me with too many inspections (after they established that property was well looked after).If there was any issues, they would normally have someone come round withIn 24-48h, adjusting to my working hours too.Over the years they treated me well and haven’t done what many agencies do: increase the price every time they possibly can. Of course there was rent increase but I was there 7 years..I don’t think this was unreasonable.My deposit was returned without any delays.If you are a decent tenant, those guys would always be on your side.Thank you The Home Agency.
