Although the morning of our Mothers funeral in May 2020 was delivered with care, compassion and professionalism, the weeks organising this sad time gave our family extra upset, worry and stress.We were aware that during this covid 19 pandemic things were going to be different which is why we feel TW Birks (Meltham) let us down. Their lack of up to date information and clarity led to some decisions we'd made (on their advice) were being changed , altered and not followed up causing extra stress during this already very difficult tiperod.NB Ask questions and challenge decisions.We are still waiting for their feed back form ...over a month after the day of the funeral!

The team at Birks and especially Jo, went the extra mile to ensure my sisters funeral went smoothly throughout all the whole process. I would especially like to thank them for making my sisters wish of having a ‘rose covered’ coffin, a reality- it was a very special gesture for which I am truly grateful. Thank you all
