We have been taking our family pets here for many years and have had nothing but professional, caring and supportive help. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Lovely vet who was amazing with my little chihuahua as she's very scared of the vets. Completely put her at ease. Receptionist was very pleasant as well.Went to have my fur babies health check, inside was very quiet, was seen within a couple of minutes of arrival. Another pleasant visit to the vets today.

We had to have our beloved cat put to sleep a few days ago. The whole team, reception staff included handled a traumatic experience with so much compassion and professionalism. We'll be bringing the new ones here in the future.

Yet another excellent visit to Johnston’s vet with two of my dogs for routine vaccinations. Full check up given and all vaccinations explained. My dogs love coming here.

Dropped off 2 small terriers I'd found near my home on Hawthorn Way. They were chipped but would like to know if they were reunited with their owners. They were lovely dogs.

Our recent visit was a very difficult and emotional one . We had made the hard decision to put our elderly dog to sleep. They were very supportive and sensitive to our decision. They gave us time to say our goodbyes and talked us through the process.

Don’t go to Johnston vets. Let my dog down over the years… took him in several times for fits and being sick and only done blood tests every time I took him in without doing any other tests to be told there’s nothing wrong with him. Took him in on Thursday the 31st of august 2023 to which they just had to put a light into his eyes and listen to his heart to be told he has some sort of brain disease that has obviously got worse over the years which then led to him being put to sleep. Feel very let down by this. Just seems like they want the pets to be in and out as quickly as possible.

I had my rats put to sleep recently and they were treated with such respect and dignity. All the vets, receptionists and nurses are wonderful and treat the animals as if they are their own. When I collected the ashes today they wrote a hand written card, a poem, some flower seeds and some of their fur. It's personal touches like this that make them so wonderful. It's clear that the staff are passionate about their job and I've witnessed them with other animals in the waiting area and I've been so impressed. From the bottom of my heart thank you all. When I have the capacity in my heart to have another animal I wouldn't want them going to any other vet. You are all amazing xx

Amazing people. They are taking care of my dog for almost 10yrs. Usually just as simple as health check or vaccinations. But when my dog needed serious operation due to cancer they also did fantastic job from start to finish.
