Hands down the best customer service I have received in a long time from any Company. Special mention to David Poulton who went out of his way to liaise with another Company to amend a booking that we had made a mess of! I cannot rate them highly enough and would not hesitate to utilise in future.

Myself and Brother attended the Premier League Darts in Manchester this week. The Hospitality was top notch, one of the best organised events we've attended. Already looking forward to attending future events.

I‘ve had the pleasure to experience several events through Sport and Music ranging from concerts at Manchester Arena to Festival VIP packages. Every time I have found the whole experience easy and enjoyable from start to end, you always feel completely looked after and catered for and it really does add that certain extra something to special occasions and being able to access tickets to in demand events. Had an amazing night at Strictly Live Tour at Manchester Arena. Date night has a lot to live up to to beat this. The Prime Experience is something else. Laurent Perrier champers on arrival and food to die for. Our seats for the show were only 3 rows back and centre of the arena in block 103. Money well spent, will be back for more gigs soon.

I bought a ticket for The 1975 using the VIP Suite at Manchester Arena. The experience was incredible. I bought a ticket, on the day of the event, so chose Venue Pick-up for my ticket. Amy from Sports & Music emailed me with all the details I needed for the evening; from ticket pick-up to where to find the suite. She was very prompt in her reply to me.Once at the Arena, using the PRIME entrance, I skipped all the queues and my name was on the list. I was given my paper ticket and went onto security; which was brilliant and took no time at all. I was then personally taken directly to the box, where I introduced to Chloe, who was the box representative for the evening. She took my coat and showed me around the suite (private W/C, Bar menu and balcony seating). The view from the suite was great - as was the sound (which I was really surprised at!). I decided to set up a tab" for the evening
