My fan was making weird noises, so I called them the same day and they were at my house the next day. The receptionist was very understanding and responsive to me when I told her my situation. They fixed my fan in just a few minutes and it's been running smoothly ever since! Thank you so much for your help!!!

I appreciate that Stead Electrical Services is able to come to my home and conduct all of my electrical work in house. They do their best to accommodate my time and schedule and are always able to come to my home for my electrical needs. Their technicians are great about communicating with me, and they always do a great job. I love the convenience of being able to schedule all of my electrical work with one company and the great job they do.

Pretty sure all 5 star reviews are friends and family. Bloke changed the fuse box, works, but when he tested hadn't a clue on a domestic circuit. Very pushy as well they start harassing you for payment on the day of completion whether or not it works.Also sent me a further estimate for £400 worth of work for about 15ft of trunking and changing 2 light switch front plates.For some reason also advertised as being in Brockley, despite being in Kent? I wanted to keep it local.Will definitely not use again.

I love this company because they are professional and affordable. I got a great deal on electrical work for my house, and I was very happy with the results! I was able to get my electrical socket and switch relocated for the same price as going to the hardware store, and I was able to get my electrical panel replaced for the same price as a new one. I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for electrical work.

If you are looking for a licensed electrician in the Bexley who is knowledgeable, efficient, and provides excellent customer service, give them a call. I reached out to him about a burnt outlet which he was able to initially diagnose the issue through a photo and then later confirm in person. I appreciated him explaining the problem in a way I could understand. Made an appointment for the following day and he fixed the outlet in less than 30 minutes. The electricians wore a mask the entire time and shoe covers, which was considerate. He also emailed me the invoice/receipt in a timely manner. Reasonable pricing and customer focused, highly recommend!
