My first time visiting Lena was bliss. Lena gave upstanding advice on footcare and I left feeling on top of the world. No 1 in footcare as far as i am concerned. Corns treated, hard skin gone what more can I say. I will be back after being left feeling totally relaxed and well looked after.

Lena was amazing, I felt well cared for and I felt she always put me first! Would 110% recommended to anyone with foot problems.

Won’t be returning! Came away with very sore toes and two days later still having the same problem. I think she cut my nails far too short! I felt more concentration was needed. I have had my feet done several times at other places and only went here because of reviews and ease of getting there.

Could not recommend enough! Not only is Lenanincredibly knowledgeable and experienced, but she is also so lovely and caring during treatment!

My partner went here for “treatment” on her ingrown toe nails and the lady rambled on for 30 minutes before actually proceeding with any form of treatment my partner could not take in all of the information she was given. From this the next day she still had a little discomfort and had messaged the lady asking about her aftercare as she was still sore. To the shock and disgust the replies she received back were “ you’re lying, do not contact me again” we could not believe how rude and unhelpful she was after receiving the money it’s like she did not care. All the “treatment” consisted of was just cutting the toe nail and it appears to be far far to short. Would highly recommend going elsewhere as it only seems like she wanted the money and didn’t really care. Spent parts of the session speaking on FaceTime to family.

I brought my 7 year old daughter here after struggling for months with verrucas that just kept spreading. We had 2 freezing treatment from gp with little success and very painful and with continuing problem my daughter is still on waiting list. We visited Lena for the first time in September and now completed treatment in February. Verrucas do not have a quick fix treatment. Lena is so knowledgeable she guided us through week by week and believe me if you do as she says verrucas don't stand a chance. By the time I went to Lena's my daughter had several verrucas and warts to match and her foot was a state. For the first time in months I have just painted my daughter's toes and not had to apply a dressing and she is even allowed on the sofa barefoot!! Lena was incredible with my daughter and so so helpful, lovely lady who even gave my daughter a piece of cake as a leaving gift. I can't thank Lena enough for her support and would go straight back if I have any problems in future. Lena is reasonably priced and worth every penny. I'm really pleased with how my feet have improved since being treated by Lena, and following her after care advice. A very friendly and professional service, and very reasonably priced.

I was very worried about going to see someone about my feet. I don't particularly like my feet being touched. I have ignored them for years and haven't really had any major problems. But, I developed a rather sore toe from running, and as my aim is to keep running, I decided the time had come. I resorted to Google and basically went to Ipswich Foot Care as it was nearby.I feel like I struck gold!Lena was amazing and so knowledgable. She went through why I was experiencing problems and gave me some easy, cost effective and invaluable advice - and made my feet look and feel so much better.Go and see her - even if you are worried about it, or don't think it is worth spending money on your feet. It is. You won't regret it.
