Having lost motivation with my fitness Darren has well and truly helped me to regain my spark!I signed up to a 12 week transformation boot camp in October & it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for ‘Me!’Darren guided me through many ups and downs through out the boot camp and always reassured me and kept my motivation high!Over the course of the 12 weeks I lost just under 2 stone! Darren is full of knowledge and great training information, really knows his stuff. In 14 weeks he has opened my eyes to new types of training which I wouldn't have thought of, great nutritional tips. Helped me lose alot of weight and keep my strength levels high. Thank you once again Darren.

I have trained with darren before and have recently started back with him in his new gym innov8. The gym has first class equipment and the smaller group atmosphere its brilliant as darren can correct you if you are not doing something the right way. Therefore you get the best from your workout with no injuries. Darren's main focus is getting you to where you want to be. No question you ask goes unanswered. His workouts are tough and you always feel you have challenged yourself and are getting fitter and stronger. Very professional and great times to suit all.

Really enjoy the sessions, getting so much out of them, Darren really pushes you but goes into great depth explaining each exercise and your diet, highly recommend anyone thinking about joining.
