I cannot recommend Marc as a trainer enough. Not only is he a joy to work with but he gets results. Marc’s approach is consistent, achievable and enjoyable. He will work around your lifestyle and goals and make working out a challenging but fun process. Marc trained me in the lead up to my wedding and as many know organising a wedding can be stressful! so when we first met I said to Marc I didn’t want any crash diets/crazy regimes that would add to the stress. Luckily that’s not Marc’s style at all and he created a consistent plan which comprised mainly weight training with some cardio/HIIT on the side and got me in great condition for my wedding. Finding a good trainer who knows their stuff, trains you well and builds good rapport is so difficult. So if you are looking for a trainer, Marc’s your man.

Marc Antoine is all about good vibes and very good at what he does too. The hardest part is to get motivated and then stay motivated but I found that with Marc the hour flies by, we laugh a lot, yet, we work harder each time. I don't know how he does it but he just does!! When looking for a PT I spoke to about 5 people before calling Marc. He was the only one to focus on me as a person and understand past history with fitness and injuries as opposed to going straight into fees and time schedules. He is still as motivated as he was during our first session and still gives me new targets (that he knows are achievable to me, which is very important!) and wants to see me progress. I couldn't recommend him enough.

Marc is great, his energy and enthusiasm has made exercising really enjoyable. I was really struggling to get motivated, and his classes have got me back on track. Definitely recommend!

I have been working out with Marc for many months and cannot say enough positive things. Marc is knowledgeable, motivational, extremely positive and high energy. I never dread our workouts and appreciate that Marc always has an eye on ensuring I’m pushing myself while also respecting any limitations I might have. You will never regret working out with Marc! Cannot recommend highly enough.

Marc is a great Personal Trainer! Passionate in his trade, dedicated to his clients, resourceful in his suggestions, super positive and energetic, all this with a fab tongue & cheek to keep us amused, motivated and on our toes!My husband & I have used and continue to use his services as a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist to guide and encourage us both on a healthier lifestyle that encompasses weightloss and dietary plan as well as confidence and self reflection.We both have lost a lot of kilos in a few months; I love how my silhouette is changing with the different exercises Marc is making us do.He is great at looking at the whole person (past-present-future), combining all different aspects to achieve our goals as well as his own. We are definitely on a journey with him and appreciate his time and all that he has taught us.I never really enjoyed exercising till now. Marc has built a relationship with us. He has changed it into a lifestyle rather than a sporadic thing for us. Highly recommend his expertise!

Marc is an amazing personal trainer and I would highly recommend him to anyone. He keeps each workout varied and up beat making training fun rather than a chore. He has helped me to really focus on form and strength, something I have struggled with the in the past by training on my own. He has also given me a lot of nutritional support and advice, which gives him the edge on other trainers. Thank you Marc!!

Marc is a great trainer - he is super helpful and friendly and seems very experienced as can adapt to your any needs from being a fitness newbie to specific training needs for sports people or training for a specific personal goal - and everything in between! I (55 year old female) have never committed to exercising with a personal trainer before. But Marc has a really lovely manner which makes me *want to* show up for classes and one-to-ones. He pushes me but also respects my limits, and keeps a good balance between repeated exercises (so I can gauge my progress) and fresh, new ones. I genuinely feel that Marc wants the best for me. And we have fun! Like, laughing a lot - and I find I am actually enjoying myself. I never thought I would say that about aerobic exercise!

Marc Antoine, is an enthusiastic, knowledgeable trainer, who helped me both with a food plan and fitness workout. Since working with Marc I have been able to set realistic goals and actually been able to sustain them. Marc helped me see that age is just a number and it is never too late to change your bad habits. Great trainer! Can’t praise him enough.

Marc makes working out fun & achievable - focused on living a healthier and happier lifestyle without the pressure of unrealistic targets! I usually work out with Marc via Zoom or in person - in the park or at home. We always get a solid work out with some feel good moments & laughs in the process!Work outs are whole body which I love because one area doesn’t get too achey and you can gradually build up or focus on particular areas as you go. We use mainly body weight or some hand weights/kettle bells etc which Marc supplies for the in person classes.Marc is also expert in nutrition and macros if this is something you are looking to explore - or like me, just want a few sneaky meal tips to help increase protein or simple meal prep ideas.Marc’s classes have become a real part of my weekly routine now and help me maintain mobility, to get away from the desk and keep moving!
