Very friendly staff. Furniture is just amazing and of very high quality (better in what you would find in bigger stores). We purchased a sofa, TV stand, side board and a wardrobe from them. All delivered quickly. Very happy customers and will definitely buy from again. I have recommended friends and family to visit them.

Ordered a wardrobe which firstly took nearly 6 weeks to arrive. I was told beforehand that the wardrobe was simple to assemble. When it arrived it came with 1 A4 sheet of instructions, no words on blurry pictures . Compare that to an ikea manual which is normally 10 pages long and you'd understand the difficulty that 5 people had figuring out how to assemble this . It took two days of building and then we had to stop as the holes for the sliding doors rails were missaligned. Calling customer service was fairly easy but what happened after was a disgrace. We asked for a refund as the wardrobe was faulty but they refused to refund the shipping fee. After a few hours of back and fourth and being told that they couldn't believe we were arguing for the sake of 15 pounds, they finally refunded us. This honestly was a lot of hassle and I would recommend either paying them to assemble the wardrobe or even better. Go to ikea.

Extremely poor customer service. Very rude and mannerless saleswoman. No interest in customer, no smile on the face and completely unwelcoming. Lack of product knowledge. Attention to owners - please give basic training to your staff members otherwise you are losing returning customers and you are not aware of. I was about to place an order today but because of your arrogant and unprofessional saleswoman I decided not to place an order and will never do. I wish google does provide zero star.....

Stay away furniture breaking after few months very poor quality. Never buy again from them. Please don't buy nothing from them if you don't want to loose your money.Thank you for your response:My sofa was all ready change for new one this one is second what you delivered to me. First one fell in a part after 10 months.I'm tired to speak with you because I have give you one chance all ready. I won't buy from you again and I will recommend other customers to stay away from you.

Bought sofa from this store once, 5 months after, seats started dipping down. Contacted store and got it sorted with replacement. 3-4 months with new sofa same problem occurred. Contacted the store again but producer didn't want to know. There is clearly some production issue or quality to material which is used.Store customer service very friendly but manufacture in Poland not. So be careful with buying from it as when problems occurs you end up with it.

The fat owner that looks a bit like a frog could really do being a bit nicer. He forgets that he is there for clients, not the other way around. A bit of customer service manners please.

I've ordered 2 REN automatic sofa beds for my children, as they are getting older and it's a good option as they can have bed at night and sofa during the day, when for example they invite friends. These sofas are ready good quality and they turn into a proper double beds. They are suitable for every day use, as they are firm. They are really comfortable both to sit and sleep. My kids absolutely love them. The fabrics are good quality, nice and soft. The great thing is that you can choose your own colours and they will be especially made for you. They are easy to assemble as well.The service from the shop was really great. I strongly recommend this place. When I ordered the sofas I didn't use the sample colours, I put in the order that I would like sofa like on the picture 5 for example and added colours. Within 10 minutes from my order, I had a call from the shop. I was told that what I called as orange, on their screen showed red, and they didn't want to order me something I won't like. Within 15 minutes I had sample colours sent on my WhatsApp. The colours we chose are really beautiful, and exactly like on the picture that was sent to me.On top of that, the timescale that we were given was up to 6 weeks, but it was delivered to us with just under 3 weeks. That's fantastic. I strongly recommend them. On top of that the prices are really attractive, compare to other companies who sell this kind of products. We will definitely be a returning customers, and we are really looking forward to actually visit the shop, after everything re-opens again.
