We have employed Progressive Waste Solutions Ltd for over a year now and have 6 bars in the city centre. The service has been fantastic and the staff are so helpful. We use all the waste services, including paperwork destruction and the response time is excellent. We would recommend Progressive to any new business, looking for a flawless service, and any existing business who have received unsatisfactory service.

Progressive Waste are great at what they do. Everyone who works there is really friendly and David was great setting us up. We were previously with another well known company who were difficult to deal with and really expensive. PW was super simple to set up and they work with you and your needs. We ran out of general waste bags so I text David and I had a fresh batch of bags delivered within a few hours. Customer service is absolutely amazing! Couldn't recommend them enough.

I could not recommend Progressive Waste Solutions more, they are extremely reliable and flexible. Richard is always on hand to answer any questions or queries I have and the guys are so flexible with collecting our waste. All during lockdown they stayed in touch to ensure they knew when we were re-opening. The guys are always flexible and always on time even when there are horrendous road works and road closures! 5 star service.
