I needed a window frame changed - the previous double glazing expert" told me I had to change every panel attached to the double glazing window since the window was an old model. AK Windows came to the rescue and told me the previous advice that I had received was nonsense - they quickly sourced a window for me and installed it extremely quickly and professionally!Extremely happy with the overall service that I received. WARNING! This company is a very dishonest family run business who use unqualified and unprofessional labour. They sell a product that is overpriced and of poor quality. They’re only interested in getting your money. After that they will not rectify the multitude of issues you’ll be left with! They will not answer your phone calls, texts or voicemails. Pay no attention to the ”positive” reviews on here because they’re most probably fake reviews from friends. Also, they are in league with some very dodgy builders whom they partner with to fleece you. There are two other bad reviews on here so take heed!

Very nice amazing staff who managed to quickly take our order and prepare our windows within a week. We had insulation building works going on which had to be paused till windows were done. These guys were amazing and so responsive. Any little questions or inconvenience we had they were only a phone call away to which they quickly visited and cleared all misconceptions. Great service.

Fantastic quality windows, with professional workmanship. The acoustic glass makes such a big difference both with sound proofing and keeping draft out and heat in. Excellent installation. I highly recommend this company.
