I worked with James recently to sort out a slowed-down & sluggish, increasingly unpredictable laptop.Communication was great, he provided a cleanup & diagnostic service for the machine then made really useful suggestions to further actions.Absolutely no pressure, just really knowledgeable, straightforward advice & solutions.He's really easy to work with and went above & beyond to find a solution to an issue that I could not fathom! I'd happily use M2CS again & recommend to others.

Phoned about an issue with our computer and was asked to drop it round. Within an hour, I had videos showing where the issue lay and the got the system back 24 hours later and fully resolved. Great service and competitive pricing.
