Great experience today at the Charity Bike Shop Stratford. Had bought a new bike and they did the final build for me. I asked for some maintenance advice on keeping my new Disc brake bike in good working order. Were extremely helpful in the advice and said to pop back if I needed the saddle or handle bars adjusted once I had tried it. Great service. Highly recommend. Gave my old Carrera to them to service and sell on. Great cause.

I had an accident with my kids bikes yesterday and phoned Charity Bike Shop to see if they could help me out and salvage the day. They could not have been more helpful! They sorted the wheels and helped me with a new bike carrier I had just bought elsewhere. They truly saved the day for us and I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you so much!

I have taken my bike to be serviced at The Charity Bike Shop on several occasions and always received an excellent standard of service, and useful advice. On a recent service, the mechanics identified a couple of hairline fractures on one of the wheels, which could have led to a wheel collapse, with nasty consequences. By spotting this when they did, I was able to return the wheel to the manufacturer under warranty, and receive a new one. The guys at The Charity Bike Shop are literally life savers! I would highly recommend this place.

Skidded into the shop late Saturday to buy a mountain bike for my daughter. John was v helpful and I bagged a great condition example as a surprise gift. So much better to spend money here than a corporate retailer so it goes to a good cause!

A great little shop with a fantastic ethos. I recently purchased a bike from the shop which was reasonably priced and works great. I would much rather give my money to these guys who are doing such a good thing for a great charity, rather than fund corporate businesses like Halfords, Evans, etc. The service is excellent and the staff are very knowledgable. Any negative review in my opinion is unjust and those people should take a good look at themselves before posting such rubbish! Great work guys, keep it up!!
