Brilliant service and attitude. Spilt some coffee over my laptop. Wouldn't power up - didn't look good, so I sought professional help. 36hrs and £25 later, all back to how it was. Very impressed. Will defo use again for an upgrade.

1. Purchased a refurbished laptop and it is very good, good value and very clean and fast.2. Also bought a new security camera for my static caravan and that is also vfm. Comments to the caravan wifi, sends alerts and I can monitor it live, excellent value.CheersAnth

I took the wife's laptop in as it would not power up. Left it with them for 24 hours. They couldn't get it working, but said it would cost too much to repair. They were really honest and advised me that 1 of the boards had gone. They were so good I purchased a refurb laptop off them. There was no hard sell.Brilliant service

i had a problem wile my laptop was updating and needed to reinstall windows 10. I have always ran my computer with a minimal amount of software on it so it runs better but and didn't think the performance could be improved. after the service provide by CENTRAL MEDIA i was positively surprised.... thank you

My laptop screen has needed repairing for some time, which I’ve always put off because I thought it would be too much hassle. Turns out I was wrong. They took the laptop in for a few hours to see what was needed, picked it up so could carry on working. Then got a call the next day to say the replacement part arrived and it was all fixed and sorted in 5 minutes. At a great cost too. Would really recommend and am grateful for the brilliant customer service. Thank you!

Mind the profile and stuff.Beautiful computer sold at a low price, has done me really well and runs amazingly well - better than I thought. Does everything I need to do and want to do, and better. Very kind staff as well and very hospitable, they have helped me a lot in the past.Would 100% recommend!

Really impressed with service. Issues with my laptop were dealt with quickly and effectively at a reasonable cost. Couldn't have asked for better. Nice to have this kind of service locally. Very trustworthy.

Great shop I've been for alsorts printer inks computer parts and most recently cctv cameras always end up with what I need and good advice always helpful
