Great spot, always friendly staff, never a big queue, and normally a good selection of food and drinks. Lots of parking, attached to the hotel and gym, disabled parking immediately to the front of the doors with no kerbs and toilets on the ground floor… great place to meet or catch up over a coffee.

Staff them-self are lovely as I’ve dealt with them face to face. However, they are regularly messing up orders. Really obvious orders. I ordered 3 hot drinks and received 2 iced. It took me a month to get a refund from just eat (emailing photos/ receipts back and forth) and I lost money because they only refunded me a part of the cost. They didn’t refund service charge or delivery fee.I’ve worked at Costa before. I fully appreciate how difficult and how awful customers can be. Plus you make mistakes sometimes. So I by no means want anyone fired. But this is the 5th time they have messed up orders. I have given plenty of chances.Face to face orders are always correct. Just eat orders are regularly wrong.So something needs to be done. Either they need to hire more staff, better training, remove this Starbucks from just eat. Maybe they don’t take just eat orders seriously because they know they don’t have to deal with the customers face to face? Maybe they are inundated with orders because this Starbucks is located on a business site with thousands of customers in local offices. If that’s the case those higher up need to take this into consideration and take the stress off of staff by removing just eat. They’re a tiny shop, I’ve been in it. You couldn’t swing a cat.Just some honest feedback. I hope no staff get reprimanded for this. Just helped.

A new offering from Starbucks which raises the bar. The staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and the layout is very inviting. There is an alfresco area which is perfect for the better weather days. The coffee shop is incorporated inside the new Village Hotel, so is easy to find and park. Contactless payments, free WiFi and spotless loos are the norm.

Never been inside one the price's scary on everything ,I see people going into the place and asking my self why, or are you just showing off, it might sound like bitterness but it's not you can buy two jars of coffee for what you pay for one of Starbucks and Costa

Unprofessional and rude staff members. I went on a Saturday at 7.20 am and one member of staff told me that they are not open yet, I said on the window it says your opening time is 7am Monday to Saturday and 7.30 on Sunday.The member staff refused to serve me and was getting rude to me and he said that they are not ready, but the shop was open because I pushed the door and I went in! maybe he had a personal reason not to serve me a Coffe.

Quick service with a smile, always. We usually see the same lady (Ellen) and she's always so smiley. Drinks are always made swiftly. Cant fault it!
