absolutely rubbish ...Dont go with these people..they havent got your best ways forward at heart...my son and i were very badly led the last couple of days . from the first meeting at the police station to the next day in court..i would never ever use again..and deeply reget using this time...this company seem in my opinion to be very busy and rush around too much to have your best interest at heart

Very unprofessional, staff always of work leave and not at work, don't go to this company, i took my business elsewhere and will go out of my way to let people know the poor service i got from these guys, i know others that have cases with these guys that are also complaining with the poor service they Are getting, they will also be leaving feedback, STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS, ALSO GET STAFF THAT ACTUALLY COMES TO WORK AND NOT ALWAYS ON LEAVE.

Disappointed with the person who had my case was useless. Promised different people to then change it at last minute and give me someone else. Would avoid if possible

Wost experience I have ever had with this company, honestly go elsewhere and save yourself time and headache. They don't have a clue in what they are doing.

Was asked by a Client of theirs to assist with a reference in a Court case. Telephoned numerous times over a one week period, left messages for either of the Solicitors in the case to call me. Heard nothing back, so I eventually contacted the Boss on his mobile to complain. He promised me a call back. Again I heard nothing. Appalling customer service.

Started my journey with H&H nearly two years ago and have never been so disappointed with a company before. The first solicitor that I was assigned never replied to emails, texts and didn’t return calls unless I tried over and over. After a few months of no contact I phoned the company number to ask where my solicitor was and got told that he no longer worked there! I hadn’t been told and my case hadn’t been assigned to anyone! I was then told the director would be taking on my case which at the time was a relief. Unfortunately nothing has changed and my the director clearly doesn’t care. I have to ask every time I want an update and barely get any additional information. I got told my case is ‘very important to the company’. Yeah feels like that… To make me feel extra special they even spell my name wrong constantly which is very reassuring.Honestly this company is awful. Wouldn’t recommend.
