Ariel Moreton Massage

My back, neck and shoulder massage with Ariel was wonderful. The pressure was exactly right and I could feel that she was totally present and attentive throughout rather than just going through the motions. Ariel is professional and skilled. She sorted out a few niggles from stress I had in my hip and back and I enjoyed the 'me time' on her table! She used all these props and bolsters and went to work on my sacrum and for the first time in weeks I don't feel like I want to unzip myself out of my own skin. I have received a massage from Ariel 5 times now and each time was a truly wonderful experience. Ariel made me feel calm and relaxed before the massage started, and she was very professional. The sounds she chose for relaxation were very soothing and she paid attention to what I preferred and tailored the experience to make it enjoyable for me. She asked me after each massage if there was anything that I preferred to skip, or I particularly enjoyed, and noted it for next time. I particularly had problems of tension in my right arm and shoulder so she focused on it and it made a really big difference. I can’t wait for another amazing massage from Ariel.

I highly recommend Ariel for a full body massage. The whole experience was so relaxing, with restful music, candles and lovely massage oils. Ariel checked in a few times to make sure the pressure was ok for each area, and was really professional and lovely. It was an excellent massage - I left feeling like I'd melted a bit, and my back was ready to lift my 9 month old again!

I started the session with several areas in intense pain and afterwards felt so much better and in less pain. Struggling with burnout and constant stress I'm never able to relax, but after the session I was deeply relaxed and felt so calm inside. Ariel has such a warm calm and friendly nature, making sure that you're not experiencing any bad pain and you're comfortable, and the background music, setting, and the extremely relaxed and comfortable cafe all create such a wonderful zen atmosphere. I have had the pleasure of being treated by Ariel for a good few months now, it would be quite an understatement to say that this has become a real highlight for me.I have been going through a torrid time of late, yet the sessions with Ariel always fill with a sense of optimism and gratitude, However, it's after a whole other level as I feel so relaxed, chilled, even euphoric at times.Ariel has gotten rid of injuries that have impacted me for years, my mobility has improved markedly, at times it feels as if Ariel has a sixth sense and knows exactly what areas are imflamed or causing issue.Though the sessions are obviously primaily physical, they also contribute to my emotional and mental wellbeing too, I feel so light and peaceful post-treatment.Ariel is professional yet very human and genuinely cares about your wellbeing, it's definitely a two-way relationship and you never feel like just a number or a client, key things which are important to you are remembered, that really tell you matter and are valuable.Truth is having neglected myself for years, I'm so happy that I decided to do something just for me.I personally feel everyone should invest in themselves more and set-aside dedicated pampering time.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you utilise that time and book multiple sessions with Ariel as it may well be the best decision you ever make.In closing I want to reiterate that seeing Ariel is an absolute dream for me, I love the ambience of the treatment room, the wonderful and beautiful soothing playlist, and of course the incredibly calming energy that Ariel exudes.
