I visited the Card Factory at The Mall , Cribbs Causeway last Tuesday 1st March .A lady called Caroline served me at the till. She was extremely helpful and friendly.A credit to the shop.

I realise it's November but, for all those people with November and December birthdays, the choice of birthday cards is seriously lacking! Frustrating!

I go into the fishponds card factory all the time and they’re all so lovely. The staff at Cribbs are rude and bitter. Different rules in this branch apparently?! Speaking really loudly to disabled customers airing their business, making them uncomfortable.

Really good to have the card factory at the Mall. Nice wide aisles for easy navigation of wheelchair and prams. Lots of Choice with a wide variety of products. Staff are friendly and helpful.Store is well lit, clean, well stocked and tidy. Excellent!

We were assisted by Tracey today, who helped us find what we were looking for by trawling through drawers and checking out the back for stock. This is the second time we have been helped by her, and both times she has gone out of her way to help with a smile. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for her, and she is an absolute credit to the store.
