Bought some garden trellis from Hales. It was made to order and of way better quality than garden centres/DIY chain. Really sturdy and feels like it will last. Excellent value as well. Customer service also first class. Paul who I dealt with was really helpful.

Fantastic service throughout. I called up before placing the order and got the answers I needed quickly. I double checked things on the order notes and exchanged an email confirming and arranging delivery which was prompt. Every step of the way they provided a top notch service. Today everything was delivered and the guy was very pleasant to deal with. Faultless :-)

Hales had exactly what I needed and plenty of choice, everything was well priced and delivered on the day they said it would be. The delivery operator worked hard to get several bulk bags in the right place, even though the bags had not been put on the truck in the order I wanted them arranged. Could not ask for more and would recommend to others.

Superb site just near cattle market. Very large concreted yard book in at the main office. They will tell you where you will be tipped. Good unloading staff professional and friendly and helpful covid aware. Facilities are OK a great experience

Went here one afternoon last week to get 4 concrete posts, 3 gravel boards and 3 fence panels. The cost was £100 less than Travis Perkins for identical items. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Items were delivered the next morning at the stated time. Will definitely be coming here again
