Amazing work from James and the team. Could not have worked harder to make everything just right - despite my “no pumps, no pipes” mandate. Retrofitting this lovely Georgian house in Bath with modern air conditioning is a triumph!

I contacted James because as a wine maker and brewer, I had a problem with storing my supplies during our increasingly hot summers in London. The thermometer in my brewhouse/storage unit was creeping up to beyond 32 degrees C. I needed both advice and an efficient solution to my problem. As my brewery is at the bottom of the garden I also needed a QUIET cooler as we wanted to still be able to enjoy the garden without sitting next to a turbo jet fan! James was really helpful and explained the best solution for me at a very competitive price. The unit is fully transferable, if my business should outgrow the garden shed, it is also whisperingly quiet (My wife doesn't even know it's there!) and remarkably efficient. It was fitted with precision and speed and the temperature was reduced to 12 degrees C in less than 15 minutes!Ace Comfort Cooling offer a great personal, friendly and efficient service, and I would wholeheartedly recommend James and his team to anyone looking to chill out. I am very happy with the quality of service this company has provided. After having received multiple quotes from different companies, I chose Ace Comfort Cooling Ltd. It turned out I didn't need to have an indoor unit installed in every room, unlike the other companies have advised. Having just a few units installed in the right places provided great cooling during the 30C degree heat we had earlier in September.

James and his installation team have just installed our new domestic Aircon units. The initial quote was extremely comprehensive detailing the exact equipment to be installed ensuring it was correct for our needs. ACE were mid range on price of the 3 quotes I got. I cannot fault James excellent communication, he kept us informed every step of the way. The installation was arranged very fast and the installation guys worked efficiently and took great pride in their work, nothing was too much trouble and they kept checking I was happy with everything down to the last detail. The installation team were really top notch I cannot praise those guys enough, rare to find such attention to detail and such quality workmanship these days.So in conclusion I would feel confident to recommend this company to friends, family and anyone considering an air con installation without hesitation.P.S. If anyone is worried about the noise from the outside unit, don't worry it is very quiet indeed.

I was genuinely pleased with the professionalism shown by James and Jonny when they installed my new Mitsubishi Air-Con Unit last week. Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions, this installation has had to be pushed back on several occasions, on my insistence, because of Covid safety precautions. Despite delaying James, he has been a gentleman and extremely patient with me on each occasion and for that I'm very grateful. James and Jonny were punctual and arrived at 9.00am sharp. It took them no more than 2 hours to install and commission my new Air-Con unit. I'm very happy with the care they took when installing the unit and the cleanliness in which they left my property afterwards. We were seeking a top quality flush mount air conditioning system for our bedroom at home .James at ACE were recommended to us and did not disappoint …We had excellent engagement from the first contact with James visiting us to discuss our exact requirements and options and accurately assessing the options and viability .A fixed cost was provided and exact installation date based on exact requirements with emphasis on quality , flush fit and quietness of operation .The installation was truly excellent , and as you can see from the pictures the system was installed without the need for re decoration and beautifully installed ( external fan unit )The attention to detail and cleanliness from James and Jonny was excellent and the whole job finished in two days .We would totally recommend ACE to any one wishing to install AC

James and his crew installed two Fujitsu mini-spilt heat pump units for my music studio. They were responsive, punctual and did a very neat job both inside and out. Now I have heating for the winter and cooling for the summer, all with the same super-efficient units - I couldn't be happier!
