I went to the shop and staff was unhelpful even very smell food from staff room

Came in waited 20 mins, they told me I can go shopping and they'll text me when they're available to see me, they texted me after 5 mins, went back to store waited 35 more mins to NOT be served. Finally after 50 mins with assistant he gave me the phone and said thats it buddy, enjoy your phone free to goAs soon as i walked out

I went to EE store in Frenchgate Shopping Centre in Doncaster Town Centre in South Yorkshire and I got an upgrade and got the Android Mobile phone that I wanted and change my EE pay monthly Tariff for my EE mobile phone account to 125GB Data, unlimited messages and unlimited minutes. Great deal!!!

Everyone was friendly and service was 1st class and made us feel welcome, this was the day we bought things, however we went in yesterday for help because we had a problem we saw 2 staff members 1 looked like a school kid the other one was there when we spent money we were met at the door & told to phone BT as there's nothing we can do I said we bought it here so I bring my problems here they didn't want to know, I want to say sorry to Sam & some of the people who served us on our 1st visit who looked after its a shame our 2nd visit let your your company down its going to be a long 2 years

Hammsa in EE Doncaster was a great help and spent a lot of time sorting out our problem. Much appreciated. Yes Hammsa was a great help in sorting out our problems. He was very patient with us old people and took time to explain things. We wish him well in his next endeavour.

STOP INCREASE MONTHLY PAYMENT IN CONTRACT PERIOD JUST BECAUSE YOU WANT MORE MONEY FOR NOTHING. HOPE YOUR CEO GONNA ENJOY YOUR PROFITS MADE FROM ME AND YOUR CUSTOMERS AFTERLIFE.

Had the worst experience ever with these paid £1,600 for a phone to never receive it. emailed them multiple times for then to be spoken to with unprofessional manners by two employees, they told me DPD would deliver it the same week but never received it , months later had to contact them to even get my refund which they should of contacted me as soon as they received the phone back I had waited in the house for months to receive nothing! . RECOMMEND NOT TO BUY from this store. absolute joke still waiting for a refund to this day..

On Tuesday last week I went in to your Doncaster branch and was shown to a seat and help by a young man called Darcio who was the most helpful lad,he went through everything with in a language I could understand and got me sorted in no time,you have got a great member of staff to be proud ofBest wishes Pam.

Such helpful staff not all in your face and very polite and very sound advice!!

Helped me sort out my E sim transfer. Very friendly and helpful
