Great service from quote through to move day - quote wasn't the cheapest we had but not the most expensive either. However, worth paying a bit more for a great service. The team were hard working, careful and professional. The lads were all friendly and worked great together. They packed us up with care and dismantled furniture and rebuilt it in the new home. If I could have paid for an unpacking service too I would! Highly recommend and will use again if we ever move on

What an amazing removals experience we had. Sympathetic to our situation, Darren suggested a two part move at no extra cost. This enabled us to put some stuff away before the next onslaught a few days later. The lads were careful with our belongings and couldn't do enough for us. On top of which, the price was very reasonable. Try them, you will never use anyone else!

I cannot speak more highly about this lovely firm. I have used them twice now, and each time they have been brilliant. The team of men is outstanding. They are polite, courteous and very good at their job. All our belongings were carefully packed and expertly handled throughout the entire moving process. Darren and his staff are always immensely accommodating to any last minute changes - nothing seems to phase Darren and he will always come up with a solution to help you out in any way he can. The office staff, Lynn and Emily, are lovely to deal with. They are efficient, and nothing is too much trouble. I cannot recommend this firm more highly.

I needed my house cleared of a number of items of furniture, white goods, etc and used Movehire to carry out the work involved. I was impressed by them from the word go - they replied to all my queries quickly and kept me informed of any issues that arose. They left the house looking clean and tidy. I am very impressed and would happily recommend them to anyone needing a house clearance.

The team were sensitive to my neighbours and made sure that they didn't block anyone in with the van, and spoke to the neighbours to give them some warning. I felt this was a really nice touch and I've not seen this before.I paid a little extra to borrow boxes, and it was definitely worth it as the boxes are really high quality, much higher quality than what I think you'd get online. I don't need to worry about storing the boxes either, as they collect the boxes once you're finished with them.Darren was able to get his team doing about an hour of loading the day before, and that gave me more space for packing, but also meant we got to the new place much sooner so that I could be around for the broadband engineer.Overall, the team are superb and I very highly recommend them to anyone. As a customer, I felt properly looked after and Darren was in communication with me leading up to the move to make sure everything went smoothly. They were not the cheapest quote I got, but I am so glad I paid a little extra to have a great service. You really do get what you pay for.

Me and my family have used Darren and his team many times over the years for everything from house moves to the moving of awkward objects, this latest one being my enormous weaving loom which they disassembled, moved and reassembled. They’re always friendly, professional, very careful and incredibly well priced. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
