Sculpt Pilates

Highly recommend Katy at Sculpt Pilates, patient teacher that really understand different people's needs. As a keen regular runner and gym goer, I was surprised to feel such a benefit from the session. Following on from this I will be signing up to the six week course which will lead up nicely to the marathon I'm running and I think it will be really key to my strength training for it.

Whether you're looking for 'I've never done this before' Pilates instruction or something more challenging and tailored then Sculpt is for you. Excellent, friendly, modern and results focused approach to Pilates.
