Exceptional from start to finish, there isn’t really much more to say. Lisa and the team made us feel at ease and confident from the very first moment we walked in and every step along the way, we’re so glad we put our trust in them. We live in a house which always presents problems and with Elgar and their fitter (Ritchie) all we saw were stress free solutions. We can’t thank them enough, and couldn’t be happier with the quality of the kitchen and what they helped us achieve. Never expected to have a kitchen that looks this amazing!

Being a kitchen fitter for over 15 years and working with Elgar kitchens and a number of other kitchen providers over the years. I have to say Elgar kitchens hands down provide a superior product then all the high street brands. The service is also better with all members of staff having experience with in the industry.Definitely worth a visit to the show room if your thinking of getting a new kitchen.

I would recommend EK to anyone looking to buy a kitchen.From the very start, the choice of kitchens was excellent, offering a superb range of styles and colours.We were really happy with the design we were offered and were given plenty of suggestions we had not thought of, and any of our own ideas/needs were easily incorporated.I took on the daunting task of installing the kitchen myself and found that due to the quality of the units (and the fact the units arrived pre assembled,) I found this process to be relatively easy and any problems I did encounter with parts or installation help were answered quickly.Thanks Adam for making it all possible.Dan & Gemma

We visited Elgar end of March and had high expectations! How wrong were we. We have been extremely disappointed. The customer service and communication has been absolutely shocking. On our initial visit to the showroom we were met and greeted by Sam who was accommodating, knowledgeable and joy to work with. Sadly this is where the good part of our Elgar kitchen experience ended. When you are paying a lot of money for a kitchen the customer service is well below sub standard. We will not be using Elgar kitchens and based on our experience would not recommend them to anyone to use in the future.

A huge thank you to Lisa, Jim and the rest of Team Elgar. I visited the showroom with a picture in my mind of my dream kitchen. After a few tweaks to the plan I now have a beautiful kitchen which has the 'WOW' factor in my new home. The attention to detail, quality of the kitchen and the fitting is first class.

Simply dreadful - customer service is a disgrace! My parents moved into an apartment in the Old Fire Station, Worcester. Elgar did the kitchen installation and left them with dented and chipped kitchen doors, plastic wrapping left trapped between the worktop and more. Promised a contractor called 'Lewis' would come out on FOUR occasions - I worked from home on all of these days so he could come and carry out the works, he never turned up. Since then my Dad has tried to contact them to get the issue resolved - they never call back. Avoid at all costs and use absolutely anyone else! Unfortunately this was the spec of the property we purchased so we didn't have a choice - but you do!

Such a beautiful showroom and such a warm welcome from all of the team. Their knowledge and advice is invaluable if you are embarking on a new project. You will benefit from the experience of the whole team as they work together to ensure all your needs are met and your kitchen vision is realised. If you are in the Worcester area I really wouldn't go anywhere else, you will honestly be in very safe hands. Thank you Lisa and the whole team, Elgar is a very special place.

A huge thank you to Lisa Cartier who designed our new Bedroom and to Sam Beardsley our fitter who was amazing! We have had a kitchen and now our bedroom both supplied and fitted by Elgar. We would highly recommend Elgar and wish Google did more stars!

I was recommended Elgar Kitchens, by a close friend. From start to finish the teams attention to detail was amazing. We had ideas of a basic design, however designer tweeted our plans to help create a better space and incorporate more storage. The kitchen looks and feels amazing and we’re so proud to show it to everyone that comes around . Thank you Elgar !!!
