Theresa was brilliant, professional, caring and compassionate on the death of Bertie. She came to our house and collected him and he was cremated the same day.We were able to collect him 2 days later and had the lasting memory of having his paw prints, fur and forget me not seeds.Everything from start to finish went smoothly.I would highly recommend Theresa and Mill Cottage as they made an awful day better. Theresa and Paul were compassionate and professional throughout. Our dog Ozzy passed away in the garden. They came to see us the same day. Paul was considerate and took charge of taking Ozzy away for us whilst Theresa was great at discussing what we wanted including any momentos. Ozzy's ashes were brought by Theresa the following week and are now with us ready to go with his late brother. Mill Cottage Crematorium certainly made what is a very upsetting situation that little bit easier and we couldn't have asked for more. Would definitely recommend Mill Cottage Pet Crematorium. I had planned an at home euthanasia for my arthritic border terrier which was a very difficult decision. I had been recommended Mill Cottage by the vet. Unfortunately my dog was taken ill a few days before and died at an emergency vets. Mill Cottage were amazing and came to pick Molly up from the vets. Her ashes came back in lovely scatter tubes with a fur clip and paw prints.Thank you so much for the care of Molly

Theresa was such a pleasure to deal with. She was very flexible with the times we could go down, gave us plenty of choice in urns and keepsakes, and even made an ink print of our hamsters paws which is such a lovely thing to remember her by. I would happily recommend Mill Cottage to anyone who has a beloved pet they want the best send off for.

From the very first call, to taking our girl to Theresa and Paul, to choosing the casket etc to collecting our baby was less than 48hrs. Theresa was very kind & compassionate and we knew straight away we had chosen the best people to send our baby on her final journey.
