First visit to the surgery. Had a warm welcome from Hayley on reception upon arrival. My appointment was with Aamir and his assistant Leah who were both very friendly and reassuring they made me feel very comfortable and did an excellent job with good advice. It always a good experience visiting Green Oakham Dental Care; staff are always helpful, friendly and cheerful. The waiting area is very well presented and equipped with a large TV showing soothing scenes and playing pleasant music. The place is spotlessly clean.During check ups and / or treatment time is taken to explain what is happening / required with the opportunity to ask questions; the staff do their very best to put you ease.Sometimes it’s possible to park right outside … just depends on day and time of visit.I would recommend this practice to others.

Amazing service, really put my mind at ease after developing a fear of going to the dentist. I really appreciated the advice and help I received. New patient exams are very through and was given the time to talk through my concerns.I can’t remember names but I would like to thank the receptionist, dental nurse and Dr Patel.Compared to others in the area, the prices are very reasonable.

Very friendly staff and great customer service. The dentist give you all the information you need and are great at fitting you in around your schedule. I was seen by Dr Patel and Lucy today, who as usual provided the best care.

Love this dentist (not a sentence I ever thought I'd say!). I hadn't been to a dentist in over 12 years, and didn't particularly look after my teeth in the meantime.I'm not a nervous patient in regards to the actual treatment, so can't comment on that, but I was very nervous about being told off". Excellent treatment, friendly staff which put you at ease. Dr Patel explains everything beforehand and gives you options when possible.I have always been very happy with my appointments are care. Lots of good advice from dental hygienists too.

I’ve been a patient here since it was first taken over and I’ve always been very happy with the care and expertise that I have received from Dr Patel. The other staff are friendly and helpful and the practice is expanding without losing the personal touch that makes them stand out. I would highly recommend this whole practice.
