Very rude man coz there were a couple of jumpers he wasn't interested ripped some bags opened didn't really look and said he didn't want them, no need to speak to people the way he does

Horrible women with attitude. Poor customer service. acted like she’s doing me a favour. Was very angry and made racist remarks. Very uninviting and patronising. The company needs someone that actually wants to be there. She slammed the clothes on the floor when I asked how much it was per kg. First time coming here. Will not be returning.if your expecting service with a smile. You will be disappointed. The other reviewers are not wrong.l found this out by going there myself.

When I went to this place with 7 bags was told no jumpers no coats from very rude lady! lots of nearly new clothes only given £20. left shop got into my car and thought about this, I returned to shop and asked for my stuff back and gave my money back rather give away than be spoken to like that STAY AWAY

Went in today. I visit this shop about 3 times a year when I have a clear out. Owner (man) is friendly and treats people fairly. They are clearly trying to do there job by checking clothes to make sure suitable to countries they pass onto. Dont feel offended if any clothes are not suitable. Staff are not rude and visitors shouldn't get backs up if some clothes are rejected away business is business.

Lovely friendly guy and nice to chat too. Parking right outside makes it perfect, as you don't have to carry heavy bags very far. 5 ☆ rating for a 5☆ business :0)

Best cash for clothes for shop I've ever visited. So quick and easy. The guy who runs this place with lovely and wanted to make sure it was a quick and easy process.

I wouldn't even bother giving it a star if I could. Rude people looked at my clothes as if they were a piece of dirt even though majority had labels.Rude people I wouldn't even bother as you can see from most of the reviews they haven't got the best reputation!

Went to another near place first but the parking was awful.... different story here ...was able to park on the footpath no problems. Very courteous fella in shop gave me a hand with my bags and gave a very competitive payment. Very professional and nice place. Easy cash payment for your old clothes ( they won't take winter clothes as they send them to countries that have hot climates ).... understandable.

Got turned away with pretty decent clothes. Little did they know we had an 80 quid coat in a different bag which wasn't even looked in Your loss, disgrace of a place people spend time and money going there for a disgusting attitude. Got to say I don't think being white helped us. Disgrace!
