Great place, orders come fast and exactly as expected. They offer a great price as well as a great purity and quality for every one of their products. I’ve never had a problem with them whenever I place an order.

Awful customer service !!I had no contact from them until 2 weeks after I ordered, when after not receiving anything from them I called them only to be told that the item was not in stock and they couldn't give me an eta. Was told a refund would be processed so I could purchase elsewhere. Only then for 2 weeks after that they send me the item which I then didn't want or need and refused a refund. Absolute cowboys !!

Terrible delivery experience with this poor service company.It is your responsability ensure the delivery will proceed smootlhy to customers, and thus it is your responsability choose a delivery service which can garantee a good service. APC overnight is the worse you could ever choose.

Ordered methanol and a few other bits and they were delivered within a few days. 1 item needed re stocking which slightly delayed but overall I'm very happy.

Attended the buisness today to buy some chemicals for cleaning, I asked many questions from a lady, she had to go back to check products, not a single time I saw a winkle on her face, she was absolutely helpful and amazing. Thanks a lot and definitely i will come back again.

Great website. Easy to order. Prompt email notification once ordered and speedy delivery-got it within a couple of days. Well packaged. Subsequent email with safety data sheet attached. Value for money. Definitely disagree with the negative reviews on here.

Very pleased with both the product and ordering process! Order placed on the Wednesday afternoon, dispatched next day, arrived on the Monday, and I’d only selected 2nd class so that was very reliable.The reagent was as advertised and allowed me to stain as I needed.This is the second time I’ve ordered from APCPure - at the start of lockdown, they supplied hand sanitising spray when all other stockists were empty, and again, product and delivery were perfect!.Definitely recommend.

Customer since 2011, good prices, good products, but have now reached diseconomies of scale and can no longer cater to the retail customer. Customers would be advised that they have “processes” you need to follow in order to purchase from this company.If you try to “bypass the order process” you will be called out for trying to do so, and not catered for.I used to go to this retailer due to their locality to me.They no longer cater to local (same day/drop in) customers because they’re too busy with their mail order / online business. Very sad that a SME business like this doesn’t value it’s long standing retail customers.After reading other reviews on here about the online purchase option, I am not one to use that service:“This review is purely for the delivery service they choose to use. Got there for a collection. Everything was fine and my order was all good. Got a good price on distilled water. A bit confusing by following the satnav, as it takes you in the residential area next to the park. You need to enter the business park through the large gate & barriers and follow the one way system on the left side of the gate. Once you get past the first big building, turn right on the road and the collection point is on the left hand side, at the corner of the first building there. See photos for details.
