We used Nick, Michael and the team for a full house refurbishment including removal of pebbledash and repointing, replastering, concrete rendering walls, full rewire, full replumb, new gas/water mains entry pipes, replacing the floor, strengthening and part replacing the roof, new ceilings, new guttering and so on… Nick was brilliant throughout - very reliable and very passionate about doing a good job for us. We’d highly recommend Nick and hope to use him again!

We first used Nick and his team back in early 2009 - and Dragan Construction has been our preferred builder ever since! They have painted the outside of our house, built walls and a patio in the garden, and completely refurbished most of our house over the years, including our kitchen and bathroom. The work is always completed to a very high standard and they are the tidiest, cleanest builders we've ever come across. Latest project is our new conservatory interior - finished today! As ever, we are delighted with the excellent standard of the work. We love having Nick and Ciprian working here.

We used Nick and his team to refurbish our porch, which included: building new steps, paving the surrounding area and brickwork for new columns to support the porch roof. The porch area now looks great and I would recommend this firm for the quality of work, honesty, tidiness and reliability.

Nick, Remus and his team did an excellent job on our first home and renovation project. This was a first stage structural update and we were a little nervous going into it, but Nick and his team provided a clear and reassuring line of communication throughout and guidance when we needed it. The quality of the work completed is excellent and we will be using them again for the next steps of the project.

Nick and Dimitri completed the work on my house with care, precision and professionalism. Nick did the bulk of the work and was always punctual, reliable and worked all day diligently. He always tidied up at the end of the day. The standard of work was finished to a high spec and the materials used were of great quality . After asking for other areas to be fixed, this was also completed with little fuss. The cost was excellent value for money and the outcome was worth every penny. We could not be more impressed with Nick and his team. We originally booked them to do a kitchen/diner refit (including structural work - knocking down walls etc) but were so impressed that we asked them to stay on and also fit an en suite shower room (from scratch) and remodel our garden.There is nothing these guys can’t do - especially chief builder Ciprian who’s attention to detail and work ethic is unrivalled. I’ve had a lot of building work done in previous properties and have never been so pleased - not only with the finished result but with the process itself.Nick and Ciprian are lovely and friendly to work with and were very patient with my ever changing ideas and difficult requests. They were also very competitively priced - and ended up doing extra bits during the work for no extra cost.Also worth mentioning that they completed all the work within the agreed time frames and were really clean and tidy.Could not recommend them more!
