Well, this is the 4th car from Lexus Sheffield over a period of 17 years. That says it all really. A great place both for buying a car and for excellent follow up service. All the staff, Sales and Service have been excellent over the years. Although staff change, the standards don't alter. A big thank you to Sales Executive Liam this time for helping with the purchase of my new UX. Very good at keeping me informed of the progress of the car. Very pleased with the UX, the Terrane Khaki with the Hazel Interior looks really good and has had a lot of positive comments form friends who have seen it.All in all, a very pleasant buying experience. I'm sure After Sales and Service will be equally pleasant as usual.

The purchase process was straightforward, car was as described. Great service from Liam, he was patient and very helpful.

I purchased my current Lexus UX from this dealership and they have serviced it since that time. Not once, over this period, have I had any cause to be critical of either the service reception or the resulting work done on the vehicle. Today, has been no exception with Gary, the Service Director and Nicki the Service specialist attending the service reception area. Both, as usual, were very friendly, welcoming and professional and were extremely helpful in making our visit useful and with a minimum of inconvenience to ourselves. I’ve read many reviews of the excellent customer service that Lexus is noted for and here, they epitomise this wonderful service.

I have recently bought a Lexus CT 200h from Sheffield Lexus and would like to say it has been a very pleasant and positive experience from start to finish.A special big thank you to Liam Crossfield for his excellent service and professionalism.He was very helpful, efficient and responsive, nothing was too much trouble. He even came into work on his day off to make sure that everything was in good order in preparation for the hand over of the car to us for the next day. We had to make a long four hour journey from Surrey to Sheffield and Liam was kind enough to pick us up from Sheffield Train Station. His service was exceptional and second to none.
