The Perfume Shop Bournemouth

Very rude staff. When asked about a particular men's perfume the reply was its very expensive" ohh and u can't take picture of any product here because of "security reason" when asked more about the product u'll probably be asked to check their website. May be staff here treat u according to the colour of your skin.The same product was sold cheaper in Boots store just few yards down. Please check prices elsewhere like Boots before buying from this store."

Brilliant used the website, Great service

As fragrances go they are cheap compaired to most places shop is small ish but bright staff are looking down their noses at customers causing a fair few to walk out maybe look the posh talking and talk like humans and less like robots reading from a script

I headed to this store today 6th sep 2018. It’s a 20 minute journey each way from my home. I had to park which cost me roughly £2 and then I ran from the car to the shop as I knew they close at 5.30pm. I arrived at about 5.23 and was very pleased I had made it in time, there was another person in the shop, there was 2 members of staff also, I was greated by the older lady of the two. This lady was very polite and very helpful, I had gone in to buy a £90 perfume for my mum and 2 aftershaves for myself. I was also interested in some of the new perfumes, the lady was very helpful in telling me about them and letting me smell the new ones, I was talking to her for about 5 minutes while the other younger member of staff could clearly see us. I decided what I wanted and told the lady I would like to buy them. With that..... the younger lady came over and said “you can’t buy anything now, I have just cashed up and we don’t get paid overtime” I couldn’t believe it, the younger lady had clearly seen me come in the shop, clearly could see I was discussing which ones I wanted with the older lady, at no point did she say I’m going to cash up if u want to order something, neither did she tell me I wouldn’t be able to make a purchase when I entered the shop. Her response was basically it’s now too late and we don’t get paid over time. Completely rude as if she didn’t give a damn, no apology, not even a ounce of basic customer service. I wasted nearly an hour of my time even though I made it to the shop on time & then got spoken too by someone that didn’t care one bit. I asked for her name, she said it was Valentina, your store missed out on an over £150 sale. If the store manager would like to contact me I can show you the receipt of the shop I did purchase from after leaving your store. The girl was completely rude and shouldn’t be working a customer service roll, even costing the store money by her Antics!

Good prices for friendly staff

The staff need to learn some customer skills. Stood and waited as the two staff members were in discussions. Another lady walked in behind me and got served immediately.Look up, acknowledge customers (there was only me for couple of mins whilst waited to be served) and politely ask “who is next?”I left.

My wife and I purchased some perfume for a really good price and the lady serving us, Sheila, was absolutely brilliant! She treated us really well and made my wife feel very happy on her birthday. We were also introduced to some other products that were of interest to us. I highly recommend shopping here. We will definitely be returning!

With a franchise, the only thing thats different is the staff... the staff here are great, very helpful and happy.
