my mum was transfered from stepping hill to here with covid 19 then went down hill very quick not sure why they excepted my mum here was not equipped to look after her shipped her back to stepping hill after a few days passed away within hours

Sadly we just lost my wife's mother, but glad she was sent there to spend the last days of her life. What a truly magnificent group of people who work there, totally dedicated to offering the best of care through their training, love and compassion for the job. I can't say enough about the staff, every single one of them and we met loads during the 6 days we were there. I would just like to say what a fantastic place it is, clean, modern and above all dedicated caring staff. God Bless you all

Not happy with the way my dad has been looked after.i went to visit him i could cleary see he wasn't well. .he was clearly struggling to breathe looked very pale .i knew that wasnt normal for him.so the day after hr his back in hospital and nobody rang the family to say he had gone back to hospital. Not to mention i asked him how does he go to the toilet he said he goes in his pad.i mean seriously..i will be taking thing much further. He could have been looked after much better.he was just left in bed.

I have visited someone who has been transferred from Stepping Hill for onward care before going back home. The staff are wonderful and the home itself is beautiful. Nothing is too much trouble and the whole place feels relaxed and homely. Its lovely to see Well done all!

Actually fuming just been to see my mother in law , due to covid only 1 person at a time to visit .my husband was asked if he required extra PPE and said no but didn't know why ?? I went first to visit and was not told she had covid , the nurse who entered was surprise to see me in the room .Hate this place wasn't informed she had covid and is bed bound so the staff gave her covid , because they where walking round not wearing face covering which my husband had to tell the staff.

Would like to thank all the lovely staff at the Manor for looking after my mum , Norma who today we finally got home, it's a beautiful place ,lovely gardens and the staff are amazing, think I might miss visiting, an the free ice cream

Bramhall Manor Care Centre
My Mum was admitted to Bramhall Manor after a long stay in Stepping Hill Hospital for continued care before returning to her own home. The staff and carers were all lovely with my mum, nothing was too much trouble. I felt that my mum was safe and well cared for whilst under the care of Bramhall Manor.

I am writing this on behalf of my mother in law, whose mum was in bramhall manor for a brief period of time.“The staff at Bramall Manor were very compassionate and caring towards my mum, the staff genuinely cared for the needs of her and went the extra bit farther by spending their breaks sitting and chatting to my mum.Hayley spent her break time in keeping my mum company and My mum warmed to Karl’s friendly character. I personally found Karl and the rest of the staff very respectful and professional: thank you all.”

My mother is there at the moment. We are unable to visit currently and cannot get through hardly to speak with her. I have been trying for the last 3 days. Very frustrating.
