Had a wonderful massage & facial with Khin on Saturday. Khin was very thorough and very professional. I left the salon feeling marvellous! looking forward to booking up again soon!

Very welcoming, kind, and accomodating reception. Experienced and gentle staff. I used their massage, wax, eyebrow threading and tint, manicure and pedicure (gel polish) services with no complaints. I look forward to visiting the Orchid Retreat Day Spa again the next time I'm in London.

Today I walked in off the street with no appointment. The staff at the desk were so accommodating and fit me in for a full body massage with in 5 minutes.The room itself was lovely and calm the lady giving me my treatment fully explained everything and left me to get ready. It was the most relaxing hr I’ve had in a long time the massage was fantasticI will definitely be returning.

I have managed to get two walk in eyebrow appointments in the last few months - always kind, friendly, professional, with good quality waxing and threading.They are continuing to take COVID protocols seriously which is reassuring as a business working in close contact with clients.Would absolutely recommend!

The most amazing facial - I have had many with different salons and therapists. But the attention to detail, the massage, every minute of my facial was worth every single penny! Thank you Vaishali in particular - you are amazing!

Hello,Hope everyone sees my review.Personally I have been coming here for a while now, with an expenditure of over £300 pounds. To be mistreated and disrespected - photos taken of me for the amusement of old people, little bigotry comments, and overall this places gives me anxiety, and depression.This is not a trans inclusive place with certain treatments being declined for being trans. Sometimes with the way certain individuals conduct themselves, you sometimes feel like you're not even a customer or human. I will never step foot in this place, or have the same respect for individuals in this establishment.Helen I know you're reading this, the owner. Make sure to help your business by adding some diversity and inclusive training so you don't have hideous people taking pictures of me without my consent, and making fun of me, and then trying to blame me and refund me my money. Disgusting. If you don't like the truth then sort yourselves out, and fix your actions.Because I am absolutely enraged and disgusted by you guys.NOT POC FRIENDLY.NOT LGBTQIA+ FRIENDLY.Go somewhere else.

I just had some time to kill so thought I would treat myself to a mini facial. I normally hate facial as it’s boring lying there doing nothing. Sometimes it’s quiet painful with steaming and extraction. I only did it because it’s supposed to be good for my age. It turned out to be one of the best facial I have ever had. Skin felt and looked so good. I definitely come back.

Had a fantastic, relaxing and calming massage on Saturday. Came out glowing and looking forward to the next one. Totally recommend Orchid Retreat, the staff are welcoming, friendly and professional.

Lovely foot scrub as part of the pedicure but had to have my nails done twice after the varnish rubbed off the first time. Choice of colours was poor and the nails were not coated properly to the cuticles when I checked after getting home. I was just eager to get out of there as I was kept past closing time. Sorry but won't be going back, nor recommending
