I have used Radiant Blinds both personally and professionally as a property manager. They have always offered a prompt and efficient service with an amazing selection of products available to cover many different options. It is so nice to be able to speak to them direct as they manufacture the blinds in their local factory and are able to offer a bespoke service which is so rare nowadays.

Our awning wouldn't open and so I telephoned Radiant Blinds to see if they could repair it. I spoke to David Marsh, who was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He said that from my description, it sounded as though it might be the electrics that were the problem and told me how to check it. He was right! So we will have an electrician come to sort it. Brilliant service! If we ever do need a repair or even a replacement, Radiant Blinds will be the firm we will go to.

Beware of this company. I enquired about a problem with my nearly 2 year old Weinor awnings (not fitted by Radiant) &, aided by phone discussion & photos, I was informed the motors x2, needed replacement along with the handset, at a cost of nearly £2k. Seemed odd that both motors would go simultaneously so checked with the original installer. Their suggestion was to replace the awnings batteries & hey presto ..... both awnings worked fine! That would have been expensive batteries if I'd gone with Radiant's advice! Also had to do a lot of chasing to get that advice. Think twice before using this company, despite being a Weinor supplier.

I am very disappointed with this company.Radiant blinds came to measure three of our windows and returned five weeks later to fit the blinds. One of the blinds did not fit correctly and had to be returned to the factory. The replacement took several more weeks before it was returned.We decided to give Radiant Blinds another chance and asked them to quote for three more blinds.We accepted their estimate and waited patiently for the blinds to arrive.After several 'phone calls we then discovered that although we had paid a deposit, the order was never given to the factory and this caused more delay.Unfortunately when the blinds were delivered one of the blinds did not fit correctly - again! This had to be returned to the factory to be remade causing more delay.So don't use Radiant Blinds if you are not prepared to accept delays.They showed no understanding of the inconvenience they had caused by three errors of their own making and when I complained, explaining everything that had happened, they wrote a superficial apology and offered a discount of 10%! This does not even cover the extra time I had to spend waiting for the return appointments.This could have been handled so much better - especially as their company literature states that 'every customer is important to us' and 'they are 'masters in their trade with over 150 years' experience'. They were not 'masters in their trade' with our blinds and I felt that they were so busy with their commercial contracts that they were not really bothered about domestic jobs.Buyer beware!
