Christmas gift voucher redeemed. First visit. Lovely welcoming staff. Took our history before on text link so saved time. relaxing large room as we had a couples massage treatment, individual attention from our own personal therapist was great. Felt great afterwards.

Amazing, really lovely ladies Emily and Tilly who did our treatment, very professional, friendly and fealt so relaxed after. Three course lunch was so tasty and im gluten free. While experience couldn't have been better. Thank you.

Love this place and enjoy many of the facilities and for the most part the staff, however with the names Golf and Country Club" and "Wear Park Spa" I am very disappointed with some of the standards and efficiency.The dress code of the restaurant staff is utterly unacceptable

Booked a Ultimate Spa Retreat for my wife and I a couple of months ago and the wait was well worth it.we were greeted with a smile and taken to the relaxation room. once settled we were offered all manner of teas, coffees and soft drinks, and when they were brought to us there were 2 amazing warm cookies with our drinks.Once we had finished our drinks we were collected by our therapists, Emily and Leah, taken to our separate treatment rooms, given gowns and slippers (slippers never fit me) and then chatted about our treatments. I had a lime and ginger body scrub with a Indian head massage combined, my wife had a facial. My treatment was amazing and I felt incredibly revived afterwards, my skin felt amazing.After our treatments we were taken down to the restaurant where we enjoyed a couple drinks at the bar (not included in the spa day package) and a beautiful 3 course meal with a glass of prosecco.We then went back to the spa for our second treatment of the day. We were taken into a double room, with the same therapists as in the morning, and had a wonderful full body massage. I chose to have a slightly lighter massage, my wife prefers harder pressure.I can only speak for myself, but having had massages all over the country and around the world, Leah was by far one of the best I have therapists I have ever met, she was professional, polite and very friendly throughout, and I do not think I have ever felt quite so relaxed after a massage, EVER!!When we're were finally able to move again, we put our gowns on and were taken down to the pool area (for an additional cost of £10 per person) to use the indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna for the rest of the day.Overall I would 110% recommend anyone to come here for a spa day, the price is unbelievable for everything included, and all the staff are wonderful. Again, a massive thank you to Leah for an exceptional scrub and massage.

Recently booked in for an Ultimate Spa Retreat. Just WOW the treatments were just amazing! I haven't felt so relaxed and pampered in so long. Massive thank you to the team and Emily and Izzy for the treatments.Only thing to improve on, is to have some calming music in the relaxing area pre treatments to set the mood a bit more.I added on the pool for an extra £10 which was nice. Also, enjoyed the 3 course meal between treatments :) highly recommend!

Writing on behalf of my Mrs, she absolutely loves the Wear Park Spa. Lovely staff, and they certainly know what they're doing. Always 5 star service! Visited many spas over the years and this is the only one we return to! Definitely worth a visit :)

We organised a wake there yesterday. Very good organization, great food and hot drinks, and opportunities to use bar as required. Very helpful staff. Nice, pristine decor. Plenty of parking, and views over the park to die for!

A wonderful experience. Emilie gave me the best facial and back and neck massage. My skin felt hydrated and smooth. I felt totally relaxed after a fabulous massage.

We booked for 10 people for a hen party and it was a fabulous day. They gave us our own room for the day to keep all our belongings with tea and water avaliable all day. The massages were split into groups throughout the day and you could enjoy the relaxation room in between. The girls in the spa are fabulous and really made the day. The lady with the brown hair and glasses was so welcoming and friendly she really is an asset to the team, her service throughout the day was impeccable and I had her for my deep tissue massage which was perfect! The pool area was a little disappointing as we couldn't get in and out the gate without calling someone everytime, it was an open session so lots of children and the indoor pool was quite cold. There is a small steam room and jacuzzi indoors. We were lucky with the weather as it was warm and sunny so we could use the outdoor pool which was fab and was nice and warm. A little ice cream pizza hut and sun loungers with a separate kids pool we spent all our time out there rigger than in the busy indoor pool.All in all for the price we paid per person it was a brilliant deal and I would definitely recommend. We did have to take our own towels but robes were provided and slippers and you could have lunch in your robs which we did. The food was also amazing, 3 courses. The service was very friendly and the ladies did a great job but it was very slow, it seemed most people had afternoon tea so for the kitchen it must have been alot to do high tea and full cooked meals but we was there for 3 hours so we missed alot of the pool time and late for some of our treatments. Other than that everything was amazing would go again and would recommend for the price it was well worth it!!

Came here in a large group for a celebration.Well looked after by the staff, full use of facilities whilst we waited for our various treatments.Lovely afternoon tea spread, can highly recommend
