fast service I give you that but your staff needs to be abit more polite after all I was a customer today the staff just wasn't let's just say something wasn't right I did nothing wrong just expected more kindness not even a thank you.i will be taking this up with your headoffice I'm mot going to allow being treated in this ignorant manner.

Went twice there. First time I went with a big double buggy and staff didn’t even bother to open and close the door for me even though they saw me struggling. On the second time I met a racist staff. She was young, skinny, blond and small. I was asking her where the pink glitter frame is and she lied and said they don’t have any. The frame was on the shelf so I had to take it myself. She was patronising and shouting at me. She said she was ill that’s why she was racist to me. Bur she was treating customers who were white nicely. She got angry at me because I said I don’t know how to center the picture on their screen and because I asked why the canvas on the wall was so shiny. The staff even backbited in my presence with the white customer.

The old blond woman who works here was useless.Made me, why wife and daughter wait half an hour before telling us the flash on the camera was broken and it needed to be checked.Went on to say she didn’t have time to check the camera so proceeded to serve another customer.Common sense would be to put a sign outside letting customer know the camera is broken.

The store is very spotlessly clean, the staff are very welcoming, pleasant, polite and caring. They help you the best way they can and are professional and completely caring that the customer is completely satisfied.The staff are very friendly and always like the customer to be.totally satisfied in what they do for you/your family.I went for photo ID and was surprised how inexpensive it cost me. They do plenty of other items take a look at their website www.maxphoto.co.ukI bet you will be surprised at the superb quality.You could say it's not like shopping when you go in there, it is more like seeing your friends in the way of meaning it is not like a shoppingchore

The shop was really busy due to the passport offices' imminent strike and mothers day .However Tia was fantastic very helpful and patient. She processed 4 Apply & Go passport applications for us. Very friendly & professional.

Jackie is an absolute legend! After a technical issue with my order, and a tight deadline to work to, Jackie went above and beyond to ensure my order was fulfilled! She stayed an extra hour after closing to make sure I was happy and satisfied and got my prints for my event this Friday. Both Jackie and Tia are a credit to you - their customer service was exemplary and I will be sure to recommend their store to anyone and everyone! 10/10 :)

Absolutely fab service I went for my passport last Friday knew they was only going to send it Monday as the lady said they don't like it getting caught in weekend post and today is Thur so less than a week I am actually holding my passport.didbt even know they did the full service until someone told me
