Enhanced Building Plans

We got in touch with Scott about our loft. He came out to see us and had some great ideas. He did some great plans for us and walked us through everything and helped us get quotes from builders he knows. Highly recommend him.

Scott was very knowledgable, he drew the plans for the balcony, he also gained planning permission from the local council. He was always on hand to answer any questions I had and was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. I’d happily use his services for any future building work.

We really wanted a pantry, Scott helped us design a space that meant we could have this, we love our new areas and the benefits have been wonderful, especially for storage and functionality.Scott gave us a variety of beam options and measurements, this helped us plan with the builders on maximising our space.Thank you Scott, you really have been amazing. We originally hired Scott to plaster a couple for rooms for us. He did a really good job and was priced very reasonably. He also put me in touch with other reliable tradesmen to carry out other work for us, including electrical and plumbing. We then asked Scott to draw up plans for a proposed rear extension. He did this work very promptly and, with his contacts was able to ensure that planning permission was approved without any issue. We are delighted he subsequent work carried out to the plans and specifications he provided, Would highly recommend.

I can’t recommend Scott highly enough, he has drawn up the plans for our extension creating my dream from a conversation and rough drawing from me. He answer no end of questions and made suggestions to make the whole project easier. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing plans. The 360 stuff is an amazing addition.

Could not recommended Scott enough! He really knows his stuff and was incredibly helpful with answering my numerous questions. Following the site visit her was very prompt in submitting the planning permission application and responding to any council queries. We now have planning permission for a detached garage, thanks to Scott. His prices are cheaper than all the companies I got prices from and the service I have received has been spot on. Following permission being granted he has also put us in contact with a builder he recommends, so we can start building. Thank you again, would really recommend.

We were put onto enhanced building plans last year and dealt with scott. What a guy! We changed the plans multiple times which wasn't an issue, great communication and great ideas. Our planning was hard to get through (awkward neighbours) not a problem for Scott he sorted it all out for us. Couldn't recommend enough. Thanks for the drawings and for getting it through.
