The lady on the counter was very rude. I went in to return a parcel, which was supposed to be a no print return. She argued with me about needing a printed label and when I showed her the email which said I didn’t need a label, she said I needed to print it off from the tablet in the store. Bear in mind this was the first time I’ve ever been in the store. The email mentioned all I needed to do was show the label to the person on the counter and they would do the rest. Very very bad customer service.

Nicely located right on the Harbourne road having full range of daily needs groceries.

Doesn’t open at 8am. Walked 40 minutes to deliver a parcel and got there for 8am because on google that’s when it said it was open, but it wasn’t

Great location. In a complex of residential properties but it’s in its own precinct of commercial properties; includes shops like an Indian restaurant, a dry cleaners, a letting agent and a couple empty units. (Residential above).Plenty of parking which has a one-way-in & one-way-out system so you will never have to struggle with drivers blocking you doing 3-point turns or being inconsiderate. There is only one way into the actual complex which comes off a main route in and out of Harborne one direction & towards the Hagley Rd the other.The shop is well lit and easily spotted from the main road. There is clear signage at the entrance of the complex indicating that there is a shop inside the precinct.There are professional signs posted inside of the car park indicating that there are some terms and conditions related to the amount of time that you are able to park at the car park. I do advise to have a look upon your arrival to ensure you to not breach or abuse any terms or conditions of the car park such as overnight parking and so forth.The shop appears to be very well stocked, brightly lit, well staffed, have convenient opening times and fairly priced. I’ve not come across anything overpriced, out of date or damaged. I regularly see produced pulled to one side for disposal that must be OOD or for the bin for whatever reason. The shelves are neat and maintained, floors swept and mopped; and Covid laws adhered to. I’ve never seen staff without a mask or face shield, there’s a 2m taped box on the floor infront of the counter and signs posted all around the shop for guidance on every from wearing masks, keeping apart and how many people allowed inside.Alcohol is sold here, pay point and many other facilities. Medium sized shop that sells all sorts of groceries from fresh fruit, sandwiches, household goods to basic DIY items.Only issue is rush hour traffic on the main road Mayes accessing the complex difficult.

Twice in last few weeks shopkeeper has counted my bill wrong by scanning one item twice. By mistake ????I won’t be buying more than one or two emergency items from there and would advice every one to ask for their receipts.

Great little shop, always clean and tidy and fully stocked, no overprinting some good reductions. Nice staff.
