Got locked in my house and Paul was on the case in minutes, arranging a suitable time to come round. He came exactly as agreed, got the old lock out and new one in with no fuss, even though it wasn't a straight forward job. Very reasonably priced too. I can't recommend him highly enough!!

Paul seemed a nice bloke. He kept me posted as to where he was and how long he would be. There was no call out fee (which was a big plus). He was then able to fix/replace our lock for a relatively small fee. All said and done, having our lock fixed was a lot less of a painful experience than I was expecting.

Paul fitted the new lock to my front door quickly and easily; it must have taken around 5 minutes! He was also extremely courteous. Would definitely use again if I had another lock issue.

I was stuck in my bathroom because my door handle was loose, he managed to open my front door and get me out. He also managed to come within 20 minutes in short notice as it was an emergency. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a professional locksmith that charges fair prices.
