*UpdateAsked Jason to come back and replace an existing security light. Turned up on time on the agreed day and as agreed Jason sourced and installed the light. Once he left we tried the switch which didn't work, spoke to Jason and asked why and he said the light was on a sensor only and that he should have checked if we wanted it connected to the switch (as it was before) but he'll get a new light and correct it. 3 weeks went past with us chasing and being told the light is on order and then the wrong light had been delivered so needed to reorder but then nothing. Chased again and he said he had tonsillitis but would come this Saturday. Chased and he then asked if he could come tomorrow.Long and short is the wrong light was installed, lots of back and forth sourcing a new light and apparent delays. He overcharged for the original light charging us £40 pounds for £27 unit. 3 week delay on coming back to make the job good and then delays on setting a date. In the end we told them not to bother and now need to get someone else back to correct it. Obviously we won't be using them again.Jason was great. He was on time, polite, clean and efficient. Hung our light fitting in good time. I've no hesitation in recommending him.

Brilliant service, we used MES to fit a new RCBO Board, New Downlights in the bathroom and Kitchen, new lights fitted in the cellar and landing, as well as new plug sockets in all bedrooms.The work was carried out on time, within budget and with a professional and friendly service. i'd highly recommend MES.

Highly recommend, came within 24 hours and repaired my lounge lights within 30 minutes! Not an easy fix either as he had to take 5 lights down to source the problem! Amazing price too ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Phoned Jason the night before and he managed to fit me in for 11am the next day which was brilliant. He came on time and installed 4 new lights within the space of 20 mins. Highly recommend his services and will definitely be using him again.

I am very dissapointed with the service provided by Manderson Electricals. I reached out on the 11th August to see if they could fit a ceiling light in my kitchen. The person I spoke to said yes, and to send some details/pictures of what needed doing. After doing so, he said that was fine and he would book me in but to remind him a little closer to the time as i asked for them to be fitted on the 26th August. I thought that was slightly odd for a paying customer to have to remind them, but that was fine. The day before, as asked I sent a reminder message and asked what time they would arrive and they said between 11am - 12pm. I then reshuffled a few meetings I had to ensure I was around when they arrived. at 12:44pm I called as no one had turned up and I had no message to say they/he was running late. On the call I was told he was going to chase his brother to find out where he was and get back to me. I then had to call again at 1:30 to ask what time they were coming, I was told that he was at his wedding rehersal and that he couldn't get in contact with anyone and due to me going out later that afternoon could we reschedule. I wasn't best please but I understand things come up. We rescheduled for Sunday at 11am. 11:40am noone had arrive nor had I heard from them. I messaged to be told I messed up by saying 11am as Gary was at football and he would find out what time he could arrive asap" 1:30pm I still hadn't heard anything and I message him to say I assume this isn't happening today? The response I recieved was "still trying to get hold of Gary if I can't I personally will come round tomorrow (Monday 31st August)". Monday comes and it gets to 3:48pm and I hadn't heard anything

The work was to carry out to complete 2nd fix for a new kitchen rewire so all cables were already installed (still exposed prior to getting re-plastering over) by the previous electrician who I had obvious concerns about his 1st fix work so Jason agreed to the 2nd stage.First thing I did ask Jason was if he needed to check all the wiring prior to it being plastered over so he had a quick glance and said it all looks ok.So it is now plastered, painted and I informed Jason the kitchen would be installed over the next few days and it would be good for an easy transition to pop in and communicate with the fitters to ensure the wires are pulled through to the correct place as Jason is based very local..... No, that didn't happen and 3 days later he came to complete the wiring and that's when all the problems began because he wasn't happy with what the kitchen fitters had done with the wiring.That day Jason and his brother made it very clear that they didn't want to be here, it was a Lockdown Saturday morning they were here, my partner was here with 4 young kids at home and the swearing language was unexceptional from Jason and his brother that day, they refused to remove the fridge and freezer to wire them, told me the wiring also incorrect so I couldn't have plinth or under cabinet lighting now.... among a long list of the other problems too.My partner took 10 minutes to remove the freezer and fridge after they left on Saturday, hoping they would be in a better mood on the Monday Jason's brother came back on Monday when my partner was at home to wire the fridge and the freezer, he arrived in foul mood again to which my partner actually felt uncomfortable in her own home as the swearing continued from the moment he arrived until he left again.This is only a fraction of the problems we had from the swearing Tradesmen as I can't be bothered to list them all!!!!I would definitely not recommend them!
