Hidden Hearing Northampton

Visited for ear wax removal. A super friendly ear car practitioner explained the procedure and then took great care to ensure I was comfortable and at ease.Being able to see the before and after on the screen was revelatory so certainly worth the visit.The hearing test afterwards was less rewarding unfortunately. An app on the mobile phone unit with wireless headphones was inconclusive. Using Bluetooth wireless headphones remains an issue with such delicate examinations as there is frequent noise interference with such technology, so I could hear white noise at the same time as trying to listen for these quiet beeping noises. Not ideal at all. The app, like all mobiles, also uses low quality compressed MP3 audio, so again not a perfect situation.And sadly none of this was helped by the practitioner continuing to work on her laptop close-by, so you could hear the tap-tapping of the keyboard, as well as phone alerts on her mobile. This is identical to a hearing test I took at a Specsavers previously, so would recommend using a professional hearing specialist, who uses an isolated booth and dedicated machines if you are after a comprehensive hearing test.

Oh-wow! I was fitted with my hearing aids at 09:30 this morning by a very professional, smart and charming woman. Halema Begum, you are a star. I have spent the day in wonder at a world of sound I had forgotten existed. I picked my granddaughter up from school this afternoon. There are some very noisy Ravens or Crows nesting in the trees down there. As we walked home I could hear every word she spoke. What a delight. The TV is now set to level 15 and not 35 or max. I no longer have to put my telephone on loud speaker either. From booking the hearing test to getting fitted and tuned in the process was flawless. Congrats HH.Mike Green.A very satisfied customer. My cat snores too. I didn't know that!

Why only 4 stars? Well the Audiologist saw me on time, and was extremely professional with great social skills and a good sense of humour. The test seemed thorough and I was reassured that there would be an immediate improvement on my current hearing aids. The missing star, it's the price, I just can't say enough good things about the test, but the price. I just have to tell myself I'm worth it. Not convinced yet though.

After having attended two hearing tests, I noticed that I have a need for hearing aids. They offer recharge able hearing aids which can be personalised to suit one’s hearing needs, and you can get them under some financial arrangements.Sadly, I still do not qualify for any category due to my residency, duration and financial status.I will have to wait for almost two years in order to afford buying personalised Oticon hearing aids, else I’ll go for alternative hearing aids for the time being.But I recommend anyone with hearing issues to approach them, you might be in a better position to get the best deal

I am a very happy and satisfied customer after using the services of Hidden Hearing. I was important , to me, to visit a specialist audiologist to evaluate and identify my hearing difficulties. Halema (audiologist) identified and tailored hearing aid to specifically fit my hearing requirements and needs. All throughout the process Halema and the staff are professional, skilful, warm and welcoming. I highly encourage anyone with hearing difficulties to visit a dedicated audiologist who are professional, knowledgable and enthusiastic for their craft and the staff at Hidden Hearing meet those skills.

Shockingly bad company went to complain about all the junk mail i was recieving for a free hearing test after i had been told my name was taken off the list The girl in the shop was very rude and unprofessional and should go on a training course in customer careHaving worked for this company a long time ago i definately would not recommend them as their prices are highly overpriced they also have double standards i worked on the sales side and i have a nose piercing which i was told to take out as body piercings and tattoos were not the best way to represent the company and people might find them offensiveWell talk about double standards both the girls in Nprthampton had nose studs and one had a lot of tattoos I would advise anybody who thinks they need a hearing test to go to their own GP
