I went into Lush on 16/11/23 and had the lovely Kit help me out! Kit was ever so kind, patient and understanding of the products or items I was looking for. Kit did an in-store pamper session to help me know exactly what products would suit me best and what I wanted to go for. Kit went above and beyond and I was so lucky to have such kind, helpful and enjoyable time in Lush. If anyone goes into Lush in Brighton I highly recommend going to Kit for help, advice and friendly service.

Love Lush and this location was adorable. Augustine was the wonderful associate who helped me find the perfect new perfume since my former go-to scent All Good Things is no more. Absolute gem. Delightful shopping experience!

Love that I can smell a lush store from down the road, I've been here a couple of times when I've visited Brighton, and the shop has a fab atmosphere with friendly staff.

Just spent about half an hour, treating myself to Breath of God solid perfume & the brown mascara - I’m ginger & find all brown mascaras too dark for everyday wear, so I’m really excited about this one. Finn, who was serving me, was so helpful & so nice. I can’t wait to come back & get some more lovely Lush things x
