Terrible customer service. I bought a balloon online as they didn't have this type in store and had it blown up. Cost me extra because of postage. Within two minutes it popped in the car. Was told they didn't sell that balloon (which they did as had the receipt and packaging it came with). Maybe learn about your products before you accuse someone of lying, was then told they wouldnt replace it. Luckily card factory in Bromsgrove did instead - try there if you want better service. Have never met more rude managers.

Decent assortment of cards, gifts, wrappings etc but very difficult to get round in a wheelchair. It's difficult for people to pass one another but wheelchairs, pushchairs etc, definitely not enough room and that's at quiet times. Busy times don't even think of entering the shop with wheelchairs and prams

With prices rising I have started to use The Card Factory as their prices are affordable. Large selection although some designs are not what I would choose.
