Dream Doors Derby & Burton

Not happy at all. They do kitchen their way. Everything seems to be ok from beginning. Nice smile, lovely talk, description how professional they are. But when it comes to reality nothing is there. They don't answer the phone for few month and if they do, the answer about repairing their mistake is - The life is too short. Come on...where is that Being PROFESSIONAL?? Professional about taking money, YES, but after that there is no service.Would think twice to do with them.

Dream Doors fitted our worktop and installed appliances we purchased. It looks nice but we are not as happy with it as we thought. It just wasn’t finished off professionally and we had to contact them again to put it right. Also when we complained, the person on the phone didn’t seem too bothered, said he would come out to inspect it but didn’t !

Very pleased with the service from start to finish took 2days to fit work men tidy and professional the new kitchen looks great would recommend

The service was excellent at the start, kitchen fitted really quickly and looked lovely. I sent messages with issues I had with the kick boards and they have ignored me. On further inspection some of the fitting/design isn’t great but I paid and then discovered these issues so I guess that’s my fault.

Visited the showroom in Derby City centre very helpful put together a colour and style we was going to have with our kitchen makeover new doors worktop’s and new appliances.Steve came round measured up gave us a price and set a date.Everything is all sorted for you and Peter and Chris we’re a absolute pleasure to have in the house professional polite on time you’re left with no mess at the end of the shift would thoroughly recommend Dream Doors if was updating your kitchen 10 out 10
