Phoned up this company to ask if they could make my mum's existing doors into bi-folding doors due to access issues. We also wanted a door making for her bedroom. They asked her to take the measurements herself. When I asked them if they could come and take measurements as she is unable to do it as i work they were very rude and noted that they couldn't spend all day looking at different jobs. Let's just say I wasn't impressed!

They made some lovely window sills for me from some European sycamore that I had and also copied an early Georgian skirting board moulding for me.
