The customer service provided by every member of staff at Belvoir (Whitehaven) was above any other letting agent around. I needed a property to rent around Whitehaven and visited several letting agents to help look for any available properties. The Belvoir branch in Whitehaven stood out from the rest. Each staff member was very approachable, friendly and eager to help with any queries. Once we found a property to rent, the process of application, references and signing and agreeing the rental agreement was all completed in less than a week.

Using Belvoir to rent my property has made life so much easier. All the legal paperwork has been sorted as well as service provider changeovers. Tracy & Maureen in the Whitehaven office have been great, and when my last tenant moved on, they had a new tenant moved in within 3 weeks. Can't fault them. Thankyou.

We have found Tracy and the staff at Belvoir Cumbria to be extremely professional and helpful. Her advice and guidance has been invaluable especially as we have never rented out a property before. The services available at Belvoir were exactly what we needed as we are living out of the UK and needed full management of our property so we have peace of mind if any issues should arise. We find the rental guarantee insurance particularly reassuring and its great to know that we still have dependable rental income if we lose our tenant. I highly recommend Belvoir.
