My daughter had her 16th birthday during lockdown and although we couldn’t do a lot I spoke to Kristina and she managed to arrange a beautiful little set in rose gold and pink with matching banners, plates, cups, hanging decs and fab rose gold numbers 16. The price was so reasonable, service was great, friendly and really helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now (got 2 more 16th to do yet!!!).

Very very poor service and very bad customer service. I never ever received my items which was 3 packets of happy birthday balloons costing just over £5 and then when I contacted them to ask where my order is they pretty much accused me of lying and said they believe I have got it. At first I ask them to resend it and then after be accused of stealing I went through Amazon to get a full refund. Then I brought the same balloons of Ebay for cheaper. DONT TRUST this company.

Easy, friendly and flexible!I ordered balloons about 3 weeks before I needed them, even with my collection day being a bank holiday the team were so accommodating and helpful with pick up!And even brought the balloons to the Car to!100% recommend them! Their balloons are such good value! They look amazing and are still going!

I ordered a a balloon arrangement for my niece’s 15th birthday , it was at short notice but this company worked all out to make the arrangements in the colours I requested, the proprietor was such a lovely helpful lady and I-will certainly use this shop again ,recommended.

I love this store! I actually don’t live locally but always still get my balloons here. Always so quickly arranged and reasonably priced. Lovely helpful staff. Really good quality balloons too! Last for ages!!

Excellent service, had a family’s 40th birthday and wanted to give a selection of balloons with it being a last minute idea, I called them to enquire. They were amazing and made up a lovely arrangement, and got them ready for the same day. So friendly couldn’t recommend more
