Aweful experience...i reserved table 10 in advance...on arrival said table was occupied. The hostess invited us to sit any where...which defeats the purpose of reserving the table.The hostess indicated you had toorder using the app....which we proceeded to do...after several attemps to pay via the app...we had to pay at the bar.The waiter did not take or cash the complete order....the service was sluggish"...the milk ( for tea)was spilled on reaching the table...see photo..it was never cleaned...the food was pitiful...not value for money...."

Jade was amazing, nothing was too much, never an empty glass, she was very attentive! Buttermilk chicken burger was tasty and the food came out quickly and was hot! 10/10 we are definitely going to return

Amazing experience. Came here for a bottomless brunch on my birthday. I ordered the BBQ chicken wrap with sauce on the side - it was so tasty. The chicken was succulent and the bacon wasn’t fatty! However, my husband ordered a full English breakfast and the mushrooms came out burnt. The staff were quick to replace them and they weren’t as bad the next time. Our server, Aleigh’J, was accommodating and really friendly. I am really looking forward to coming here for my next birthday!

A disappointing visit.Two meals came out, the other two followed when they were almost finished.Breakfast missing beans, cold mushrooms, and cold bacon. Sausage was nice though.Kids meal all cold.Sloppy service, although most staff were friendly and running around.There were a few bottomless brunch tables; which did seem to get plenty of attention!Non alcoholic passionfruit Martini was sour and not enjoyable, others were in plain glasses with one chuck of pineapple, very basic.Decor was lovely but sadly it lacked in everything else.Will not return or recommendAfter the slug and lettuce commenting we called them. About 4 days ago and we spoke to a lovely member of staff who said the manager would call us the next day. Well update he never did.Customer service zero!

We were served by Lee, such a legend. Had great knowledge of the menu and helped recommend us drinks. Made them extra pretty for us and was so friendly. Great atmosphere and staff. 10/10

Stopped for a quick drink after dinner. Wine was warm, which is a no, no . Also, it seemed like we were an unwanted hassle to the barmaid. It's a shame as it's in a good location and nice decor.

Visited yesterday after long time with a friend and the place had the same charm as early. Ordering food at the bar or via App is something I did not like much but it’s ok. Food was good .
